Managing Your Subscription
How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Friday Numbers subscription.
Plans
- Starter (Free) — Up to 3 members, basic features
- Team ($19.99/mo) — Up to 20 members, full reports, custom questions, coaching notes
- Business ($49.99/mo) — Unlimited members, API access, webhooks, audit log
Free Trial
Every new team gets a 14-day free trial with all features unlocked. No credit card required. After the trial, you'll drop to the Starter plan unless you subscribe.
Upgrading
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade on your desired plan
- Complete checkout via Stripe
- Your plan activates immediately
Managing Your Subscription
Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
- Update your payment method
- View invoices
- Change your plan
- Cancel your subscription
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you'll revert to the Starter plan. Your data is never deleted.
