Understanding Your Reports
A guide to the Team Summary, Leaderboard, Comparison, and Rollup reports.
Team Summary
The default report. Shows the current or most recent review with:
- Every agent's score and submission status
- Team average score
- Completion rate
- Notes from owners and coordinators
Leaderboard
Ranks agents by average score over a selected period (week, month, quarter, or all time). Shows streaks and best streaks alongside scores.
Week-over-Week Comparison
Compares the current week to the previous week for each agent. Quickly spot who improved and who slipped.
Monthly Rollup
Aggregates scores across 4 weeks into a monthly summary. Great for monthly team meetings and performance reviews.
Exporting Data
All reports can be exported to CSV. Click the Export button on any report page. CSV export is available on Team and Business plans.
