Submitting Your Weekly Check-In
A guide for agents on how to complete their Friday check-in.
Finding Your Check-In
When a review is open, you'll see it on your Dashboard with a prompt to submit. You can also go to Weekly Review to find it.
The 7 Questions
- Appointments — Did you hit your appointment goal? Enter your goal and actual number.
- Contacts — Did you hit your contact goal? Enter your goal and actual number.
- Bells Cleared — Are your bells (notifications, follow-ups) cleared?
- Tasks Cleared — Are your tasks completed?
- Contact Lists Cleared — Are your contact lists up to date?
- Leads Assigned — Are all your leads properly assigned?
- Deals Staged — Are your deals in the correct pipeline stage?
For each yes/no question, you can add an optional note explaining your answer.
Saving vs. Submitting
Your answers are saved automatically as you go. Your check-in is marked as "complete" once all required fields are filled in. You can come back and update your answers anytime before the review is closed.
Challenge Questions
At the bottom of the form, you'll find optional text fields for challenges with deals, leads, and pipeline. Use these to flag issues that need coaching attention.
