Understanding Scores & Streaks

How Scores Work

Each weekly check-in has 7 questions. Your score is the percentage of "yes" answers:

• 7/7 = 100%
• 6/7 = 86%
• 5/7 = 71%
• 4/7 = 57%

Appointment and contact goals also factor in — if you set numeric goals, hitting or exceeding them counts as a "yes."

Streaks

A streak counts consecutive weeks where you submitted a complete check-in. Your streak increases by 1 each week you submit, and resets to 0 if you miss a week.

Milestone celebrations happen at 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 weeks. If Slack is connected, the whole team gets notified!

Team Average

The team average is calculated from all completed submissions. Agents who haven't submitted yet aren't included in the average — this prevents incomplete data from skewing the number.
